The Position: The Executive, People and Culture will work closely with the BRHS Executive team to ensure the achievement of organisational strategic objectives. You will drive the implementation of People and Culture strategies which have a positive and sustained impact on workforce and organisational development, with a focus on capability, safety, wellbeing and engagement. The role will provide expert advice and support in all areas of HR including complex industrial and workplace relations matters and provide leadership to the directorate which also includes OHS, Payroll, Volunteer Coordination and the organisational wide Administration team. The Organisation: BRHS is a sub-regional health service providing a comprehensive array of health care to the East Gippsland community. BRHS has a workforce of approximately 950 employees and is experiencing a growth period. With the recent commencement of our local health service network and progression of the organisations Strategic Plan this is an evolving time, providing great opportunity for change, innovation and service development. Key Requirements: * A dynamic leader with the proven ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels * A tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational development or a related discipline * At least 5 years' experience in a senior Human Resources management role * Demonstrated knowledge, expertise and experience in all key areas of human resources with extensive exposure to employee development and engagement, industrial relations, organisation development and change management including cultural change Please refer to the position description for all key selection criteria requirements.
