Bidfood Australia is seeking an energetic and creative Branded Product Coordinator to join the National Marketing team in Brisbane.
You are equal parts creative and organised – someone energetic who enjoys juggling multiple design projects and ensuring every detail is right. You have strong communication skills, a solid grasp of design and marketing principles, and a love for food and hospitality. Perhaps you've worked as a graphic designer and marketing coordinator or managed marketing for a hospitality business and now want to grow your career with a national brand. Main Duties
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to gather briefs and executing packaging and labelling for product lines
* Coordinating the production of product packaging and labels, including developing product messaging and completing designs
* Bringing new concepts to life and rolling out updated brand concepts across product ranges, working with internal teams to develop roll‐out strategies and timeframes, and developing designs
* Coordinating photoshoots, and completing the photography for new and updated product lines
* Reviewing brand guidelines and developing product specific marketing materials as required by the team
* Managing projects and deadlines in line with CRM system procedure
Qualifications
* A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Express experience is a plus
* A portfolio that shows strong branding and packaging design
* Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, and colour theory
* Confidence working with Microsoft Office and marketing software systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent spelling, grammar and attention to detail
* The ability to learn new systems quickly and manage competing deadlines
* An understanding of the Australian hospitality or food‐service industry (advantageous)
