This role supports schools in their local community, providing information and links to support agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to inform action plans for shared outcomes.
* Assist school leaders in engaging their communities through co-design and delivery of responses that promote effective service delivery and strengthened community connections.
