Client Implementation Consultant

Mooloolaba | 12 month maternity leave contract (with potential to extend)

This is an exciting, people focused role where you will work closely with clients to deliver demonstrations, onboarding, training and ongoing guidance. You will play a key role in helping clients get real value from our solutions and ensuring a positive, long term experience.

At The Fleet Office, we deliver GPS tracking and fleet management solutions to businesses across Australia. We are a locally owned and operated company with a friendly, collaborative team that enjoys working together, supporting one another and having a laugh along the way.

About the role

As a Client Implementation Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for new and existing clients. From delivering engaging demonstrations to guiding clients through onboarding and training, you will help them feel confident using our platform and supported throughout their journey.

You will work closely with internal teams to share client feedback and continuously improve the client experience. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

What you will be doing

* Deliver engaging demonstrations to prospective clients
* Guide clients through onboarding, setup and training
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
* Provide ongoing guidance and follow up
* Manage client records using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes

What we are looking for

* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confidence working with clients and explaining solutions clearly
* Comfort using computers and learning new systems
* A positive, proactive attitude with good attention to detail
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Experience in the construction industry is a bonus, but not essential
