Key Responsibilities
The role entails leading and engaging a sales team to execute sales strategies and goals, driving market share growth primarily in the Brisbane metro area.
1. Lead the Residential and Reseller sales team in executing sales strategies and goals, focusing on growing market share in Cemintel, Hebel, and AFS.
2. Foster customer shares and projects, promoting channel loyalty beyond product sales.
3. Develop the residential and reseller segments, ensuring sufficient contractors are available for specified workloads.
4. Broaden the residential and reseller sales project pipeline with builders and developers to convert specifications into customer orders.
5. Ensure effective handovers of specified projects and complete conversions to sales.
6. Support sales and marketing teams in gathering market and competitor insights.
7. Identify suitable Construction Systems opportunities within the QLD residential sectors.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position based in Brisbane, reporting to the GM Sales QLD/NSW. You will lead and engage the sales team to execute sales strategies and goals, growing market share with Cemintel, Hebel, and AFS primarily in the Brisbane metro area.
