Community Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking experienced professionals to support participants in their daily lives, including personal care, meal prep, domestic tasks, social support, transportation, and personal development.
You will build meaningful relationships with participants, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals to provide tailored support that empowers them.
The role requires a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, caregiving skills with compassion, empathy, and resilience, as well as the physical ability to perform manual tasks.
Requirements
* Authorized to work in Victoria
* Valid Victorian Driver License
* Knowledge of NDIS, disability, and community services
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or studying towards it
* Minimum 2 years industry experience
* Ability to adapt to change
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid/CPR Certificate
