Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Essential job functions
* Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities
* Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures
* Create specific reports and dashboards for Sales Management to support strategic and tactical initiatives
* Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information
* Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
* Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users
* Continued databases clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce
* Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency
* Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours
Qualifications
* 1 Year Salesforce experience preferred
* Intermediate to advanced skill with Excel and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and database management systems highly desirable
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
* Undergraduate degree in business administration or related discipline and up to two years of administrative experience; or combination of education and work experience
* Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors
* Self-starter with a pro-active, take-charge orientation
* Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
