Job Title
We are seeking a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing our Outside School Hours Care service and providing engaging programs for primary-age children.
About the Role
* Co-manage a dynamic team of Educators, developing your skills as a leader
* Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, community, parents
* Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art craft
Key Skills and Qualifications
You will need strong communication interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and passion for working with children in educational setting
* Leadership experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to develop engage program for diverse range of learners
* Prior experience working with children in educational setting
