As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in brief development, project management, and exploring emerging content trends. You will also have the opportunity to work with creatives, formulating responses to briefs and developing strategic thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the account director to drive projects forward;
* Assisting with task delegation and prioritization to ensure timely delivery;
* Being a point of contact across campaigns, maintaining detailed knowledge and communicating effectively with stakeholders;
* Supporting the team on assigned tasks, ensuring seamless workflow;
* Alerting the manager to any client issues or concerns;
* Effectively managing workload and keeping the team informed on progress;
* Understanding clients' businesses, market trends, and consumer needs;
* Staying up-to-date on consumer trends and sourcing relevant intelligence;
* Maintaining brand consistency by adhering to client guidelines;
* Developing clear briefs, debriefs, and project documentation;
* Writing meeting notes and contact reports within 48 hours;
* Managing client filing systems and ensuring accuracy in tracking documents;
* Working with the content team to plan, quote, and track campaigns;
* Ensuring accuracy in budgets, invoicing, and tracking;
* Obtaining approval for creative briefs, estimates, timelines, and artwork;
* Updating traffic and production, obtaining print and delivery information, and briefing proof-readers.
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for brilliant creative work and an interest in current cultural topics and trends. Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar role, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
