About the Client
Our client is a boutique property group with multiple business arms including residential, development, syndications and commercial property management. With an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking leadership team, the business is continuing to grow and expand its commercial management division.

Due to continued growth and the acquisition of several larger assets, the team is now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the business.
The Role
As the Commercial Property Manager, you will take ownership of a growing portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. The portfolio will begin smaller to allow you to establish processes and relationships, with the opportunity to expand as the business continues to secure additional assets.
Working closely with the wider team, you will manage the portfolio end-to-end while also contributing to the growth and development of the commercial management division.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
* Tenant liaison and relationship management
* Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
* Financial management including arrears, budgeting and reporting
* Conducting property inspections and overseeing operational matters
* Working closely with the trust accounting and support team to ensure smooth portfolio management
About You
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a business.
To be successful, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Commercial Property Management
* Strong knowledge of commercial property processes and legislation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage a portfolio independently
* A current WA Property Management Registration
