The role
Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals to provide community nursing and personal care services in Sunbury, Victoria. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes.
Roles Available
- Carer - Personal Care Services
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Assist with shopping
- Community Nurse - Wound Care
- Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
- Monitor healing progress and maintain clinical documentation
- Liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Certificate 111/ IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust time management and organisational abilitiesCompassionate, patient-centered approach
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client homes
