Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced retail leader to play a key leadership role across their store team—coaching, mentoring, and inspiring their people to achieve great results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will be a strong visual merchandiser, confident in managing daily operations, driving in-store promotions, and achieving financial and operational targets.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the store team to success by setting clear expectations and targets
* Manage store operations, visual merchandising, and promotional execution
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build strong client relationships
* Drive key KPIs including sales, inventory, shrinkage, and cost controls
* Mentor and develop a high-performing, motivated retail team
* Support other stores as needed—collaboration is key
* Take ownership of rosters, scheduling, and reporting
Skills and Qualifications
* Requirements:
* Proven retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level)
* Strong business acumen and experience managing store financials
* Passion for customer service and team development
* Visual merchandising flair and strong organizational skills
* Tech-savvy and confident navigating store systems and reporting tools
* A hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude
