Job Role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's business strategy and commercial direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Estimation and Cost Management: Prepare first-principles estimates, coordinate indirect costs, and support the end-to-end bid process by evaluating costs from feasibility through to construction and beyond.
* Tender Documentation: Produce high-quality tender documentation and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities.
* Relationship Building: Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying is essential.
* Competence in all construction cost management services is necessary for success.
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required.
