About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our busy beachside cafe. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences.
You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of approximately 30 staff, and ensure smooth efficient service across all area of the business. You will be working closely with the owners and kitchen leadership team, you will play a role in maintaining standards, strengthening systems and supporting a positive and professional workplace culture.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing the floor during service and managing staff performance
* Training and developing staff
* Overseeing rosters and labour control
* Managing the stock orders for FOH
* Administrative tasks and reporting
About You
* An experienced hospitality leader with at least 2 years experience in cafe management
* Must have coffee making experience
* Calm and confident under pressure
* Highly organised with strong communication skills
* A positive work attitude
* Passionate about customer service and staff development
* Committed to maintaining high standards while fostering a healthy work environment
* Must have full availability
