Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property marketers, aggregators and investment networks. You will present turnkey house & land packages across key QLD and NSW growth areas, manage partner inquiries and assist through the sales process, provide up-to-date pricing, stock lists, and marketing support to our channel partners, work closely with internal departments (construction, finance, legal) to ensure smooth settlements, attend networking events, launches and industry functions to promote Hudson Homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining relationships with property marketers, aggregators and investment networks
* Presenting turnkey house & land packages across key QLD and NSW growth areas
* Managing partner inquiries and assisting through the sales process
* Providing up-to-date pricing, stock lists, and marketing support to our channel partners
* Working closely with internal departments (construction, finance, legal) to ensure smooth settlements
* Attending networking events, launches and industry functions to promote Hudson Homes
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a self-driven, professional approach with the ability to manage multiple partnerships. The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in property sales or business development (builder, developer or marketer background preferred)
* Existing relationships within the investment or channel marketing industry
* Strong understanding of house & land packages and investment property sales
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
