As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on productivity and long-term land development while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Business Unit Manager** to lead operations across our property at **Hill River Farm**, located 12kms inland from the coastal town of Jurien Bay in Western Australia.This is a key leadership role focused on people, livestock, cropping, and operational management to ensure a safe, productive, and high-performing cattle business.You will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting staff, developing and implementing farm development programs to improve productivity and asset value. In addition, you will manage general farm operations across cropping, livestock, pasture development, and infrastructure maintenance.**The Property**Hill River is a 5,350-hectare premium farming property on the mid-west coast.
