We're recruiting for a full-time Activity Planner to join our Onshore Energy team in Darwin. This role will ensure the quality delivery of scaffolding, rigging, crane & lifting activities and provide compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications. They will oversee work scope estimation, resourcing, development of services work packs, material procurement and temporary equipment management for services related to cranes, lifting, rigging and scaffolding components within the Onshore environment

Key Responsibilities:
* Resource estimation, activity planning and basic scheduling of services work for
* Onshore facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards
* Prepare lifting plans, scaffolding work packs and designs
* Collaboration with facility short, mid and long-term planning teams for accurate work scope scheduling
* Organise and facilitate HAZID / HIGH Level Risk Assessments for critical or high-risk scopes of work. This includes After Action Reviews
* Support and oversee crane movements across site
* Maintain compliance with all Australian and Company Standards
* Develop and implement risk assessments and permitting
What you'll bring:
* Proficiency in planning software and computerised maintenance management systems such as SAP PM, Scafpac and EXTAG
* Understanding of AS/NZS standards for lifting and scaffolding. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and lifting studies
* Minimum 3-5 years in planning scaffolding, rigging, and lifting activities in heavy industry, oil & gas, or LNG projects
* High Risk Work Licenses (Rigging, Crane Operation - SCLP), Basic/Advanced Scaffolding certification
* Valid Australian Driver's License
* Proof of right to work in Australia
