The commercial mid-rise residential project, estimated to be worth around $30M upon completion in June this year, topped out before Christmas, on time and within budget.
The Plan
This is their flagship project and one of four mid-rise residential projects planned for construction over the next five years, which will be worth around $100M in total once completed.

I've been fortunate to get to know and place the Project Manager and Project Coordinator on this amazing project over the past year.
