Business Development Manager
to identify new opportunities, develop strong relationships across the travel sector, and help independent agencies and advisors reach their full potential.

What You'll Do
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across the travel industry
* Build relationships with agency owners, travel advisors, and key suppliers
* Develop tailored partnership solutions that drive sales, retention, and profitability
* Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted lead generation and events
* Support new partners through onboarding and engagement
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a
BDM
role within travel or tourism
* Solid understanding of the
retail travel agency landscape
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
