Key Responsibilities Shortlisting Candidates Conducting interviews and group assessments Reviewing CVs against a job brief Conducting phone/video screens Taking a job brief from a hiring manager Manage end to end recruitment process for permanent and temporary roles. Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels. Conduct thorough consultative interviews and group assessments and provide career guidance. Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Prepare and present candidates professionally, including resume formatting. Complete reference checks and ensure compliance throughout the process. Maintain a high standard of candidate and client care to build lasting relationships. Essential Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment Experience in recruitment within contact centre, volume, temp or perm recruitment is essential. Strong ability to prioritise, multitask and manage a fast-moving desk. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
