About you:
In your new role you will......
Will be required to have expertise in specific areas of geriatric nursing and may be required to work across all streams of the Older Persons Integrated Health Service which includes ED, community and residential aged care.
Demonstrate advanced planning and coordination in the clinical management of patient care, identifying, anticipating and prioritising needs and working with the interdisciplinary team in all settings to achieve patient and unit goals within required timeframes.
Promote and participates in quality initiatives aligning to evidence-based best nursing practice and to local quality frameworks.
