Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Tamworth
We are looking for a customer‐focused advisor to join our Tamworth branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, identifying and delivering the most suitable products and services.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact, offering personalised service and building relationships with customers.
* Identify suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate and promote Smarter Banking options, such as self‐service and digital platforms.
* Maintain accurate and efficient transaction processing.
* Ensure consistent and tailored customer experience every day.
Qualifications
* Experience within retail, hospitality, or financial services, or proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Passion for delivering quality, gold‐class experiences for diverse customers.
* Team player with keen attention to detail.
* Customer‐centric mindset and appreciation for inclusion and diversity.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
Hours
This 5‐day week role requires Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 am–4:30 pm and Thursday 9:00 am–5:15 pm.
