Your new role
As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program compliance. You will coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with the project team to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about high-end finishes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience supervising multi-residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and WHS compliance
- Ability to manage schedules and drive program outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Open preferred)
