Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review Australian tax returns, special purpose financial statements, BAS and FBT returns.
* Provide tax planning advice to clients to optimize their tax positions and ensure compliance.
Skills:
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Australian public practice accounting.
* Strong understanding of Australian accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
* Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Experience reviewing and mentoring junior accounting staff.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software Xero.
