An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior FP&A Manager to join a global insurance company with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand. This role will see you drive financial performance insights, oversee capital reporting to APRA, and provide strategic support to senior management on key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
Deliver actionable insights through financial modelling and business case analysis.
Provide clear performance commentary, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
Manage APRA capital reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Partner with senior executives on strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and capital planning.
Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems.
Mentor and develop a small high-performing finance team.
About You
Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CFA or MBA) with 10+ years in FP&A.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly.
Strong background in financial modelling, analysis, and management reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, or Anaplan).
