Job Title: Team Director
As a Team Director, you will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes and ensure continuous quality improvement in accordance with Human Service Quality Standards.
* Provide guidance and supervision to operational staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality support to people with intellectual disabilities.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities, families, guardians, government agencies, and non-government organizations.
* Monitor and enforce relevant legislative requirements, departmental policies, and guidelines.
