Data Processing Analyst (Routine Processor)
We are seeking a skilled Data Processing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HUMS production team, you will play a critical role in collecting, processing and analyzing flight data to support engine and airframe life management for the RAAF.
The successful candidate will have experience in receiving, extracting and processing data to develop reports. They will also possess well-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work under their own initiative. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately are essential, as is the ability to deliver to strict weekly deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance. A Certificate or Diploma in Administration or related field would be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and extract fast jet flight data from RAAF operational units and maintenance databases.
* Create engine and airframe life usage reports using established software tools and systems.
* Prepare these reports for sharing with the RAAF on a weekly basis to support their operational planning and aircraft fatigue management.
* Ensure all reports are finalised for review within a set deadline.
* Support the Hawk Lead-In Fighter aircraft and opportunity to also support Super Hornet and Growler aircraft in a similar capacity as required.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of accurate information and reporting.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance.
* Certificate or Diploma in Administration or related field.
