Key Responsibilities
* Face-to-face patient interviews and phone conversations.
* Collaboration with doctors and scientists to coordinate care and tailor the treatment plan to each unique patient.
* Providing instructions and education to patients regarding their treatment plan and medications.
* Providing pathology results to patients and the provider.
* Maintaining accurate patient records, clinical data entry, and general administrative duties.
* Venipuncture and injections.
* Artificial insemination procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (with current AHPRA registration) with a minimum 2 years experience. We are seeking a candidate that is passionate and interested in specialising in fertility.
You should have strong clinical skills, but also strong people skills. We are looking for an empathetic person, who can build rapport and provide genuine, authentic care to our patients.
We are looking for someone who can think critically and is adept at problem solving.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current APHRA as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience
* Venipuncture competency
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with computers and online platforms
Desirable Attributes
Previous experience in IVF or Reproductive Medicine In-house training will be provided to new hires. Statements of service from previous employers will be required once hired
