Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston are looking for full or casual Guest Service Agents to join our expanding Hotel.
The role is a combination of customer service and administration, ideal for someone with previous experience in customer service within the accommodation, travel or tourism industry.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
* Greeting and checking in our guests
* Provide and exceptional guest experience
* Handling guest communications via phone, email and direct
* Co-ordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teams
* Processing reservations
* General administration tasks as require
* Guest account reconciliation
Ideal Experience
* Previous experience in administration, travel or tourism preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
* The ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
* Professional presentation
* Availability to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster (including morning shifts from 6.45am and afternoon shifts, weekends and public holidays)
