About the Role
Product Specialist – Surgical Team (Brisbane Metro). A field‐based role focused on promoting and selling J&J's Surgical Stapling, Energy Sealing, and Dissecting Devices portfolio to specialist surgeons and hospital decision makers.
Responsibilities
* Promote and sell surgical devices within the assigned territory.
* Engage with specialist surgeons and key hospital decision makers to develop relationships and new business opportunities.
* Provide in‐theatre clinical support and in‐service training to ensure optimal use of J&J's surgical products.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and market share goals.
* Travel domestically within Brisbane Metro as required.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified, preferably with 2‐3 years of hospital sales experience in surgical devices.
* Experience working in an operating theatre environment.
* Strong relationship‐building skills and a passion for driving commercial outcomes.
* Tenacity, enthusiasm and genuine desire to understand and support customers.
* Collaborative, highly organised, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to travel domestically.
* Valid driver's licence and reliable car for frequent hospital visits.
