The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting gaming, TAB and Keno operations while ensuring compliance and delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service across gaming areas
* Gaming Operations: Assist patrons with machine operation and resolve minor issues
* Floor Presentation: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming floor
* Cash Handling: Handle cash and floats accurately and securely
* Compliance: Adhere to licensing and compliance regulations at all times
* Responsible Service: Assist in responsible service of gambling and alcohol
What We're Looking For:
* A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Previous gaming or hospitality experience highly regarded
* RSG and RSA Certificates
* Availability for night, weekend and public holiday shifts
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
