Nude Lucy is seeking confident, fashion-forward Holiday Stylists to join our team at Sorrento this festive season.

THE ROLE
As a Holiday Stylist, you will play an integral role in shaping the Nude Lucy customer experience. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, confident in their personal style, and committed to delivering thoughtful, authentic service.
You’ll be a face of the brand during the busiest and most exciting time of year — helping our customers find pieces they love, feel excellent in, and come back for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
Deliver a warm, personalised and memorable in-store experience for every guest
Foster genuine connections and build rapport with customers
Offer considered styling advice with a fun, creative approach
Go above and beyond to exceed expectations — whether a customer makes a purchase or not
Support with transactions, returns, gift cards and customer enquiries
Share product knowledge and recommendations with confidence
Elevate the customer journey, always acting as an ambassador for Nude Lucy
Team & Culture
Collaborate within a supportive, driven and style-conscious team
Take pride in personal and collective achievements — and celebrate wins together
Bring a positive attitude, open mind and willingness to learn
Contribute to a culture of accountability, integrity and high performance
Work under the guidance of your Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets
