The Role
As a Conference Producer, you will research, design and deliver high‐level business conferences. You'll engage directly with industry to understand their biggest challenges and translate those insights into compelling event agendas. You'll work across our energy portfolio, with strong support for the team leader.
Fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, or an experienced conference producer with a passion for energy.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Conducting interviews with senior stakeholders across the energy sector
* Developing engaging conference programs through in-depth research with industry representatives
* Identifying priority topics and securing high‐quality speakers
* Writing agenda copy, marketing content and speaker materials
* Contributing to the growth of our established energy event portfolio
* Assisting with writing articles, social media posts and articles for the energy sector
Please note: This is a conference production role — not event management or operations.
About You
* Genuine interest in the energy transition and eagerness to learn more about the sector
* Curious, commercially minded, and willing to learn
* Strong written and spoken English
* Not scared of talking to energy professionals on the phone or in video meetings
* Able to understand complex ideas and find ways to simplify them into plain English
* Highly organised with strong project management skills
* Detail‐oriented and able to meet deadlines

A tertiary degree in any discipline is welcome. Experience in journalism, research, media or the energy sector is advantageous but not essential.
