About the role
A full-time Client Advisor role is available at Prada's retail store in Pacific Fair, Broadbeach Waters, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand and deliver exceptional customer service to our discerning clientele.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a world-class customer experience by delivering seamless, personalised service
* Demonstrating a deep knowledge of Prada's product range and fashion trends
* Assisting customers with product selection, styling and purchases
* Maintaining excellent standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
* Contributing to the achievement of store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
* Ensuring store policies, procedures and legal requirements are consistently upheld
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in a luxury retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong fashion and product knowledge, with the ability to provide knowledgeable style advice
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining high visual merchandising standards
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* A passion for the Prada brand and a desire to contribute to its continued success
