We’re hiring Full-Time Qualified Retail Butchers who take pride in quality meat and exceptional customer service. This is a Full-Time opportunity with a well-known name in organic, regenerative meat retail and it’s backed by a strong team culture and ethical values.
Requires:
1. Experience working as a qualified butcher (Certificate III in Meat Processing – Retail Butcher)
2. A passion for top-notch customer service
Salary guide: $75,000 - $85,000 Depending on experience
Location: Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Melbourne VIC - Mon-Friday with no weekend work.
Your normal day will involve:
3. Prepping and portioning premium organic cuts with precision
4. Receiving stock from the central hub and managing it efficiently
5. Setting up and packing down your station each day
6. Serving customers and guiding them through product selections
7. Keeping things clean and up to food safety standards
8. Creating eye-catching displays that draw customers in.
