Regional Training Manager VIC/TAS Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Regional Training Manager to join our Retail Support Team in Victoria and Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building the capability of our store teams across a portfolio of stores within the region.
Your primary objective will be to deliver engaging training through face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms, and conducting store visits. You will ensure that our team has the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their roles. To achieve this, you will build strong relationships, influence, mentor, and coach others, as well as inspire teams to drive retail performance and embed our strategic business plans across the region.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Retail management experience with a passion for coaching and developing capability
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to design and deliver training material to small and large audiences
* Commitment to customer service with experience in the creation of end-to-end initiatives to enhance capability
* Effective collaborator with strong influencing skills to align training with business needs
* A driver's license with the ability to travel regionally and interstate
