In this pivotal role, you'll:

* Drive continuous improvement in procurement, supply chain, and financial operations.
* Build strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks.
* Lead a team of Supplier Coordinators to deliver excellence and uplift capability.

* Proven experience in supplier or procurement leadership, ideally in healthcare.
* Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
* Advanced stakeholder engagement and negotiation expertise.
* Ability to lead teams and embed scalable, efficient processes.
