Clinic Administration Officers / Medical Screeners
to join our
Brisbane casual pool .
In this role, you’ll provide cover across our clinics during busy periods and staff leave—giving you the opportunity to work in different locations, collaborate with diverse teams, and build valuable experience across our network.
This is ideal for experienced administrators or receptionists who enjoy dynamic environments and adaptable work schedules.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reception and general administrative support
Managing medical bookings and results processing
Administering health questionnaires and preliminary assessments
Specimen collection, including Drug & Alcohol Testing supervision
Conducting audiometry and spirometry testing
Invoicing and general clinic support
About You
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality care
Flexibility to travel across Brisbane clinics
Previous medical or clinical experience is highly regarded, but not essential—we provide on-the-job training to set you up for success.
