Who we're looking for:
We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors who are motivated to build a successful career in civil infrastructure
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervise day-to-day site operations
* Provide clear, practical leadership to a team of operators and labourers
* Interpret site plans and manage project activities to ensure quality, safety and timelines are met
* Run daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
* Coordinate site resources including plant, materials and subcontractors
* Liaise with Project Managers & Engineers and ensure smooth, productive workflow
* Mentor team members and help build a high-performing team
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience supervising civil projects
* Confident leading crews and delivering clear direction on-site
* Competent in reading site plans
* Current driver's licence
* Excellent communication, team focus, and deadline management skills
* Committed to safety and able to implement OHS procedures
* Applicants must have full working rights in Australia
