Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize BNG, MPLS, VPN, and IP peering solutions to ensure scalability and high availability.
Configure and monitor BNG devices for subscriber management, PPPoE, DHCP, and traffic shaping.
Establish and manage IP peering relationships, optimize BGP routing, and ensure productive traffic exchange.
Implement traffic shaping and QoS policies to prioritize critical services and optimize network performance.
Maintain security through firewalls, VPNs, and other protocols, collaborating with security teams to address vulnerabilities.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years in network engineering, with at least 2 years in telecom or broadband networks.
Proficient in BNG, MPLS, VPN, BGP, IP peering, and traffic management.
Experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) and IP routing protocols.
Familiarity with broadband services (e.g., DSL, FTTH, PON).
