Requirements
* A degree in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience as a Head Chef in a high-energy kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff development.
* The ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
