The role & teamOur Specsavers Recruitment Services (SRS) team in Port Melbourne is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Reporting directly to the SRS Permanent Recruitment Team Leader, you'll become part of a collaborative group that works closely with our Store Partners across Australia to deliver high-quality, fast-paced recruitment across both optical and retail roles.In your role you will develop effective resourcing strategies, from sourcing, selection and assessment, while also contributing to store retention initiatives and broader resource planning tailored to each region.

Experience in candidate short markets, high-volume portfolio, proactive talent strategies and building relationships with hiring managers and candidates is essential.
A high level of interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement are required.
Understanding of the retail or optical industry is advantageous.
