About the Role
We are looking for motivated and energetic people to join our Mareeba team. The roles on offer are general hardware sales, or our Paint Centre & Trade Yard to service our customers with the right knowledge and advice.
As we are a seven day trading store this role may also require weekend work on a rostered basis.
Responsibilities will include
- Prior experience working in customer service is essential. Experience in the paint or trade supply is highly advantageous.
- Extensive customer service
- Undertake regular product training with market leading brands
- Assisting customers with trade supplies & general hardware sales
- Fast paced learning environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for all things customer service
- Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods
- High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team, staff and site visitors
- Forklift Licence (LF) Essential for Paint & Yard role
- Ongoing training with plenty of opportunities for people with the right attitude
- Uniform provided, so you can look the part
