Club Team Leader
About the Role:
As a Club Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and membership within our clubs. This involves implementing effective marketing strategies, including social media management, to engage with our members and promote our services.
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive membership sales.
* Lead recruitment efforts for staff, personal trainers, and group fitness instructors to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service to our members.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and Occupational Health and Safety within our club environments.
* Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, budget planning, and contractor invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive membership growth through effective marketing strategies, including social media management.
2. Lead recruitment efforts for gym staff, personal trainers, and group fitness instructors.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and Occupational Health and Safety within the club environment.
4. Perform administration tasks such as reporting, budget planning, and contractor invoicing.
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualification.
* Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher).
* Appropriate police/working with children check.
* Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or commerce, or strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in a similar environment.
