About the Role
As the Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of a busy and dynamic pub that is at the heart of the Kingaroy community.
Responsibilities
Lead from the front, drive service standards.
Manage financial performance, including rostering, ordering and P&L control.
Foster a motivated and engaged team across bar, bistro, gaming, retail bottleshops and events.
Apply current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager qualifications.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing a busy pub or venue within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Sound financial management.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
