Job Title: Compliance Support Officer
This is a permanent full-time position within a local health district that requires a compliance support officer to provide support for management and auditing services.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, health service management or accounting, as well as extensive experience in procurement/operational asset management.
They will also possess knowledge and experience with whole-of-life asset data information standards, compliance with statutory, regulatory and legislative requirements, NSW Health asset management policy and strategic objectives.
The role involves utilizing procurement and Asset Management frameworks, platforms, registers and processes to facilitate planning, evidence-based decision making and accountability for compliant asset maintenance operational outcomes – asset performance, reliability, compliance, and health and safety.
The successful candidate will be proficient in scheduling, documentation, and compliance master, analytical, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Business Manager in developing systems, processes and procedures and continually improving contract management, and auditing across Asset Management portfolios.
