As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey—designing and delivering Power BI dashboards, enhancing performance reporting, and identifying risks to KPI benchmarks. You’ll work closely with teams across Facilities Management, Procurement, and Customer Support to align strategies and drive impactful initiatives. A key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in enhancing business intelligence, identifying risks, and fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The Opportunity
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports.
Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and risks to KPIs.
Develop and maintain internal and external reports to support key business streams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align reporting with strategic goals.
Integrate data from multiple sources to support analytics and reporting.
Present findings and recommendations to clients and leadership teams.
Champion AI initiatives to enhance automation and business performance
About You
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Power BI, Data Integration and Data Analysis Tools
Exposure to ML/AI concepts preferred
Application of logical and analytical thought processes with particular attention to detail and production of meaningful analytical data
Preferred involvement with a property management operation or FM operation
Ability to manage multiple functions and projects simultaneously
