Support Clinician Role
As a Support Clinician, you will play a key part in providing comprehensive support to individuals with dementia while working alongside an enthusiastic and collaborative team. * You will be responsible for organizing clinics for dementia and aged care, as well as providing vital support through home visits.
* As a compassionate and proactive clinician, you will connect easily with patients and families, and possess strong time management, assessment, and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who brings a genuine interest in dementia care and an eagerness to support carers and community teams, as well as possessing cultural awareness and empathy to support diverse populations.
Requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Proven clinical experience in dementia, delirium, or aged care case management
