About the opportunity
This opportunity is for a motivated and passionate person to join our admin team. This role is based from our office in Geelong, and is full time, 5 days a week.
As a key member of our team you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks across many parts of our business. You will set and achieve targets, develop and build customer relationships, and uphold the company's values and reputation. We will provide tools, support and comprehensive training to facilitate your success.
Activities and Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
* Manage the contract administration process from start to finish, including the coordination of relevant documentation for building permits and all other pre/on-site administration
* Liaise with councils, building surveyors, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely approvals
* Knowledge of how to read and interpret residential building plans and contracts
* Coordinate and track key project documents, including RFIs, variations.
* Communicate and liaise regularly between internal operations, the sales team and the client groups to ensure a smooth contract and construction process
* Reviewing, checking and vetting house plans and documentation for accuracy
* Ensuring all compliance requirements and supporting documents are completed and filed correctly
* Perform general administration tasks

* Domestic building knowledge
