Requirements:

* Demonstrate previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in an open-cut mining environment.
* Exhibit extensive knowledge of heavy plant maintenance, including draglines, excavators, haul trucks, ancillary equipment, and drills.
* Stay updated on relevant mining legislation.
* Be able to make informed decisions based on data-driven risk assessments.
* Display effective frontline leadership skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
